Citation:

Disciplinary rule of Hospitalier Order

Article 1.
Each Hospitable must submit to hierarchy and demonstrate respect had to his superior. (Ex: a novice never use familiar terms with a Knight, unless he has allowed). Reminder: When a Sister ou a Brother have un higher function to his rank, function predominate in hierarchy. Violators are punichable by penalty of article 9, at the discretion oh High Council

Article 2.
Are purely forbidden and punishable by penalty of article 9 :

-a- Disobedience to a command giving by a Superior
-b- Acts or remark in disagreement with hospital precept
-c- All damage carrying to the Order

Article 3.
Alcohol consumption : Each Hospitable must restricted his alcohol consumption. Every person inebriate beyond reasonable will be punishable by penalty of article 9 if the person contravene at the articles 2-a- to -c- under alcohol effect.

Article 4.
Behaviour with higher, equal or lower rank members : Each Hospitable convinced to verbal ou physical violence against a sister or a brother will see oneself very severely punished according to scale of the article 9.

Article 5.
About charity : Each Hospitable must, according to his money to sold his domanial or commercial production to the lowest price adviced by the law, or even under. All sales above highest price or too big benefit will be punished.

Article 6.
About Faith : Each Hospitablermust respect Aristotélicien Church dogma and institutions, as well as members of other Knighthood. Every violator will be removed from the rolls of the order, without notice.

Article 7.
About deterrent nature : Each Hospitable must be a model of temperance, diplomatie, manners et respect of royal, provincial and local law.

Article 8.
About humility : Are forbidden ornate clothes, only lacings and, if need arises, arms for nobles are allowed. Are exempted brothers with a function which need suit like judge, membre of high clergy.... Chausses with toe are banned (historical), as finely worked case and other object of an ornate suit. At commandery and during mission, Hospital suit is obligatory : long leotards and cape with cross of the Order, black with white cross for religious branch members, white with black cross for military branch members.

Article 9.
Penalties incured :

=> Call to order in private in the Great Master's office
=> Public and strict recall
=> Spiritual isolation (activity forbidden on the forum during few days)
=> Penalty choose by the incriminate, after gaging his fault.
=> public sermon during mass
=> Pilgrimage outside RP region
=> Public punishment
=> Symbolic and public lashing (by High Council members and sufferer, everyone a hit)
=> Prison cell (RP in the forum Prison cell)
=> Banishment from Order

First amendment :

Article 10.
Every brother convinced of slavery or speculation incur immediate exclusion. This control come back to bailiffs.

Second amendment :

Article 11.
Every brother convinced of degrading act on a candidate, generally called hazing, will see himself accused before the court of order et will incur penalties planned by article 9
