Visitation of the Count of Hungary

Dear Sirs and Reverend Fathers,

First of all, I apologize for speaking English, but I cannot speak French.
My name is Lior_asteras of Ozora, and I am the count (duke) of the Hungarian Kingdom. By the way I am also a parish priest.
The Church is awakening in Hungary and there is a small group wishing to enter a religious order. One of the members told me that he wanted to establish an orderhouse of Your Reverend Order.

Il demanda aux gardes d'ouvrir la porte et fit entrer le voyageur .

Mais il fut de suite très géné, car celui-ci parlait dans une langue dont le Grand Hospitalier n'avait plus la maîtrise : l'anglois.

Il demanda à un des gardes d'aller chercher un interprète pour pouvoir converser et savoir ce que desirait ce voyageur.

Alors tout penaud , il se rsiqua:

Heu....excusez-moi My Lord....mon anglois ...très mauvais. Garde parti chercher interprète....Vous comprendre un peu....

Il attendait maintenant le retour du garde , en espérant que ce ne saurait tarder

Aldebbarant marchait tranquillement dans les couloirs lorsqu'il entendit annoncer l'arrivé d'un haut personnage. Il se dirigea vers l'entrée, poussé par la curiosité et vit la mine déconfite d'un de ses frères portier face au discours anglois du visiteur. Il s'avança donc et tenta de prendre le relais en posant la main sur l'épaule de frère Raphael et en accordant un sourire à la personne nouvellement arrivée.

Fontvell, à l'appel de Frère Raphaël, se précipita vers l'entrée pour accueillir le visiteur mais vit que le Frère Aldebbarant avait pris l'affaire en mains.

Je pense qu'avec la visite de ce hongrois, l'Ordre a une opportunité de s'établir à l'étranger
Il ne faut pas que notre Frère décourage notre visiteur mais lui propose de rencontrer le Sénéchal...

Tout d'abord, je m'excuse de parler d'anglais, mais je ne sais parler français.
Mon nom est Lior Asteras d'Ozora, et je suis comte (duc) du Royaume de Hongrie. Je suis aussi prêtre (Curé).

The account est actived with limited acces, which is normal as long as he's candidate

The candidate introduce himself and give following informations (very important):
-Pseudo in the game Reborning Kingdom and in the forum RK if it's different
-City and Duchy of résidence
-A precision of the sexe is the pseudo is ambiguous
-The way that the Brother will follow in the Order: Religious or Military (secular)
-Religious and/or Secular CV and Cover Letter

An investigation will be opened in order to verify his probity, integrity et moral

During this time, you must read law and founding text of Order (in the Scriptorium)

The first admission's phase, under responsability of Great Bailiff, of pillar or province's bailiff will have to verify that attitude of candidate is conform at our ethic

If it's yes, the process follow, if it's no, the process stop

He wille be declared official candidate to the Order by the Great master and a stripe will be giving to him by the Great Hospitable.

Second phase: a religious questionnaire, adressed by the Great Prior to candidat, in order to test faith of personn who want to join us.
The Great Prior will announce result and will insure of effective baptism of futur brother.

Third phase, the Great Master or the Seneschal take contact with the candidate for testing his intense motivation to join us.

At the End, the Great Master or Seneschal, after opinion of High Council, decide in all honesty of admission

The new brother is admitted at the rank of cadet or order, but will not have promotion before having either make a mobilization or take charge one sector of administration in the order.
